Zhejiang Wuyi Zhang's Packaging Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in 1997, mainly engaged in the production and sales of cartons, color boxes, printing, paperboard, and corrugated paper. The company currently has a garden-style factory covering an area of 80,000 square meters, with a building area of 138,000 square meters. It is a national first-class carton production enterprise and a designated export packaging enterprise in China, and is currently one of the largest modern packaging production bases in central Zhejiang.
The company currently has a 28,000-ton intelligent three-dimensional warehouse for raw paper and an intelligent raw paper conveying system, a German-imported BHS 2.8-meter Classic Star intelligent high-speed corrugated board production line, a Shanghai BHS fully computer-controlled high-speed seven-layer corrugated board production line, a Japanese Shinsei Sa-1125, Sa-920 fully automatic five-color carton production line, multiple German-imported brand new Heidelberg large-format four-color, five-color, and six-color offset printing machines, a Belgian CTP laser plate-making machine, and a series of advanced production equipment such as fully automatic laminating machines, glazing machines, pasting machines, die-cutting machines, box gluing machines, and binding machines. This has formed an annual production capacity of 460 million square meters of corrugated board, cartons, and 280 million color boxes, providing a one-stop production service for paperboard, corrugated paper, cartons, color boxes, printing, glazing, and laminating.
