1. Change the original chain and manual paper feeding mechanism to a chain automatic paper feeding mechanism. The original chain paper feeding mechanism relied on manual feeding of paper one sheet at a time on the feeding table. The disadvantage of this paper feeding method is that the labor intensity of the operators is high, the paper feeding efficiency is low, and the accuracy is poor. After changing to a chain automatic paper feeding mechanism, the cardboard is stacked on the feeding table, implementing automatic paper feeding, which not only reduces the labor intensity of the operators but also improves the efficiency and accuracy of paper feeding.

2. Change the original phase manual adjustment mechanism to manual zero-return fine-tuning and automatic zero-return fine-tuning. The adjustment speed is slow, the number of trial adjustments is high, and it wastes cardboard. After adopting zero-return fine-tuning, not only is the adjustment speed improved, but the operation is also more convenient. With zero-return, theoretically, each sheet of cardboard should be a finished product, greatly saving the cardboard used for trial runs.

3. Improve the adjustment method of the slotting knife and edge pressing wheel. The old ordinary model requires adjusting each knife and edge pressing wheel one by one, with a total of eight knife discs, eight edge pressing wheels, and four slotting knives. This requires 20 adjustments. This method has been improved to manual linkage adjustment of the knife and automatic linkage adjustment of the knife. With this mechanism, as long as the knife plate is adjusted once, the upper and lower knife plates and the upper and lower edge pressing wheels will move in linkage, greatly increasing the knife adjustment speed, especially suitable for small batch processing of various products. 4. Change the original semi-automatic ink circulation to manual automatic circulation and pneumatic automatic circulation. The original semi-automatic circulation means that the ink circulates when the machine is on, but cannot circulate when the machine is off. This can easily cause the ink to dry on the anilox roller, clogging the mesh and affecting the printing effect. After changing to manual automatic circulation and pneumatic automatic circulation, the above situation can be avoided, and the printing effect is greatly improved.

Through the improvements in edge pressing and slotting, the edge pressing effect and slotting effect can be enhanced, extending the service life of the slotting knife. After the above improvements, not only have production efficiency, performance, and product conversion speed been improved, but the appearance of the equipment has also been greatly enhanced, while the manufacturing cost has not increased much. If standardized, serialized, and modular design and production schemes can be adopted, manufacturing costs will be reduced and quality will be improved. If carton equipment manufacturers put effort into this area, the technical level of carton processing equipment in our country will be further improved.
